A rare find, this special little confit pot from the south of France dates back to the 19th century. Traditionally used for preserving food and often buried in the ground to keep cool, it carries plenty of history and character. Finished with a pale yellow glaze, beautiful natural discolouration, and a terracotta base, a super special piece.
For the home - beautiful styled amongst other treasured pieces for a collected look, filled with small dried florals, or used as a simple trinket dish.
