Yes, we offer delivery on orders over £50 and within a 10 mile radius of our postcode, HR2 8FN.

We are unable to offer returns , exhanges or refunds on your purchase. We are happy to answer any questions about items and send videos to you prior to purchase to help you with your decision.

We use our social media platforms to share videos of products leading up to each new collective drop. But please do email us if you would like any additional photos or videos.

All of our items are one of a kind so any duplicates will have slight variations. If you have missed out on something you love please let us know as we are happy to keep a list of items to source specifically for you.

If your item has arrived damaged please email us at info@elmcollective.co.uk with details and images in order for us to work on a resolution.

Yes, we use recyclable packaging. We are committed to sustainability and reducing environmental impact where possible. Please reuse your packaging if you can.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within United Kingdom. We are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future.
